First off. It’s a privilege and honor to be able to get play and get both versions of the game. Both versions of the game are outstanding in their own right. If you have a xbox one version you should be fine with a little fine tuning as with ps4 for controls. And whichever you gain a better feel for, will be the one you will love anyway. Now originally I have always thought that the xbox one controller was the best for driving and shooters. I had all intentions on getting PG cars for the xbox one until the frame rate and resolution stuff started to hit. The developer has said to be putting out a update to increase the overall graphics for the xbox one. I am not sure they have done it yet though. If they haven’t I still feel you could really enjoy yourself with this game eventually. I say eventually because the controls for the xbox, even set to my custom design, pulls to the right by itself while driving at times. The vibration doesn’t feel like it did with forza 5 and the frame rate definitely lags behinds when compared to the ps4. After playing the ps4 version a little longer I can feel and see the difference on them.

The ps4 looks like real life in motions and resolution while the xbox one looks “almost” real in terms of movement and looks. It suffers for bad anti aliasing around the cars and environments. It just doesn’t look as realistic as the ps4. Don’t get me wrong it looks good but coming from the ps4 you can really see and feel the difference. If one didn’t have the ps4… the xbox one version will make you eyes still pop with excitement and once you can find a better setting(hopefully there is one) for the bad controls interaction you can move forward. But I’m sorry the ps4 is just flat out the best version. They really nailed it on the ps4 side of things. Even the sound is so much better on it than the xbox one version. I love the pit crew through the controllers speakers. On the xbox one you can barely hear them through the speakers thanks to the roaring engines. Maybe one day the developers will make things better on the xbox one but for right now if you are going to buy a driving game and wanted to know for which system it should be played on, the answer is the Ps4 version of Project cars. If you only have a xbox one version then this is fine and you will be still happy.
